The Other Side

The Other Side

A Poem by Liz

I am a tornado

Whose thoughts will spiral,

But with ease, somehow.

You are a hurricane

Waiting for your daily dose;

A remedy of destruction.

What’s it like on the other side?

You are not an angel,

For I am no beauty,

But together we paint a picture.

And the clouds will beg us

Not to bleed them so black,

But it’s the only color we know.

I like the poem. Good to hold confident and strength.
"You are not an angel,
For I am no beauty,
But together we paint a picture."
Good to be a pair and create life and joy together. Thank you for the excellent poetry.
