Colors

Colors

A Poem by Minerva

I am soft, fluffy and smooth

As pure as a newborns cry

I am White.

I am burning, hot as the sun

Filled with passion, filled with anger

I am Red.

I am chilled, hard and cold

Forever sad and numb

I am Blue.

I am happy, shining brightly

Joy is in every part of me

I am Yellow.

I am nauseous, head spinning round

Envy drips in all my thoughts

I am Green.

I am everything all at once

Darkness is all I am

I am Black.

This is such a good write to talk about all of our mood changes and how dramatic there are. Well done!

Nice flow of words and thoughts.
"I am everything all at once
Darkness is all I am
I am Black."
Each of us. All colors. Life make us know light and the darkness. Thank you Athena for sharing the amazing poetry.

Poems about colors have become a bit of a literary cliche, but I must say you did a very nice job. You do need to include oxford commas here and there, though. Other than that, great writing.
