{mentally naked}

lost in my own words

you watch me as i write

silently hidden in the shadows

filled with pure delight

i do not notice your presence

my fingers keep their pace

i am in a word-like trance

you enjoy watching my face

your feet move on their own free will

my eyes glued to the screen

you watch my soul come to life

like something you've never seen

you lace your arms around me

pulling my focus towards your face

whispering such honesty

claiming me with your embrace

I am not brave enough to have someone watch me when I write...it's a very personal and intimate time for me. How fortunate you are to have someone you can trust and want to share that part of you.

i am right there with you. no one has ever seen me when i write. and if they have when i was writing. they had no idea i was writing. {i wrote this from a perspective of hoping to have someone like this in my life one day.}
