Erase the Grey Horizons

Erase the Grey Horizons

A Poem by LivingDeath

Incarcerated by my reveries
longing for the day,
incandescent solitude
keeps the dark away.

Excuse my silent heart
yearning for its voice,
open up my walls
undying is its choice.

Dreaming my fair reveries
reunite me with my heart,
erase the grey horizons
yet don't tear me apart.

Powerful words in this poem. The story had a lot of hidden pain and desire to find peace. Hard to see daylight sometime when we allow the BS of this world to overtake us. A excellent poem.
