Seasons of Your LoveA Poem by LivingDeathA poem I wrote for my girlfriend metaphorically describing her and our love as seasons. Because seasons are never ending, they will go on and on in time, just like I want our relationship to.
You are the world to me
though I know you'll never see, the spark inside of you that burns yet never blue. Your hair is the summers breeze that flow through my finger tips, and smells of sweetest flowers yet will never fall to bits. Your eyes are the autumn leaves subtle yet surreal, alive with a burning glow the softest touch, I cannot feel. Your lips are a winters fire soothing my shivering soul, warming my heart with your spark inside please don't ever go. Your love is the warmth of spring the start of something good, the warmth before the heat believe me if you could. You are the world to me though I know you'll never see, the spark inside that's true baby I love you.
