I'm Sorry

I'm Sorry

A Poem by LivingDeath
"

To an old friend of mine.

"
I'm sorry for the hurt I caused
I'm sorry for the pain,
I'm sorry for the guy I am
the monster I became.

I know I blew my chance
to be one of your friends,
but not a day goes by
without hoping for amends.

All I want is to talk to you
to hear your warming voice,
but I know this wont so happen
because you've made your choice.

But if you could forgive my sins
and give me one last chance,
you'd make my world feel whole again
I'm not expecting a new romance.

All I wish
is for you to see,
I miss my friend
that used to be.

May I suggest that in the line "but I know this wont so happen" you take out so? Maybe put "but I know it won't be so" or "but I know this won't happen"? But, if thats the way that you want it, don't listen to me. It was just a suggestion. :)
Anyways, I really liked this. A lot of powerful emotion in it. I really liked it!

This is really good.. Sad, but beautiful and heartfelt. Well written.

Makes me think of old friends I have lost touch with ..
Were I the old friend in this poem and read it , it would
convince me to make amends and be friends.
Very heartfelt , well written,

Chloe
