Very sad and painful short writing.. and it's true that no one can tell you how to feel nor feel what it is you feel though there are many out there that can relate. If this is reality I would say don't be afraid to speak to somebody about what you feel.. if those close to you don't understand be bold and try something different! There are crisis lines and therapists to help people with any situation (it's confidential too.. no one needs to know).
