I Miss You

I Miss You

A Poem by LivingDeath

The frozen clock lingers on the wall

the hands not moving an inch,

wanting to hear your voice

wanting to feel your touch.

I've loved you for all this time

now you leave me just like that,

I sit here all alone

you're tormenting my wanting mind.

All I want is to hear your voice

but it wont happen this soon,

time is standing still without you

all I can say is I Miss You.

Beautiful write. I know how this kind of thing can feel and you expressed it perfectly. We all go thru this at some point so its very easy to relate to.

Wonderful job.

This touched me as I recently cut off a friendship with a married friend. She couldn't handle being only friends, so I abruptly broke it off and she kept texting me some very similar sentiments until I blocked her. Very heartfelt.

Thanks for sharing,

Patrick
