Time

Time

A Poem by LivingDeath

 Time?

What is time?

Time can be the time you have

or the time you have left.

It can be time that drags on forever

or passes in the blink of an eye.

It can be time for a sports game

time to play or to watch.

Time can be time to do nothing

time you can blow away.

It can be time to wake

or time to sleep.

It is somebodies time to leave this earth

and anothers time to come into it.

Time can be a choice

that can change the rest of your remaining time.

Time is what you make of it

and with every passing second, you're running out of time.

Very nice premise, Time is all we have and it's amazing how much of it we end up wasting. That's why we need to live our lives the way we want to, not hope for the next day. Great write, I really enjoyed it.

It definitely gets you thinking thats for sure. I think time is how a person perceives it; kind of like if a glass is half empty or full. However I think the most important thing about time is how you spend it. Really a great write, I like poems that get my brain moving. Nice Job.

I never thought I'd actually use this phrase, but that was "mind boggling." It's really hard to wrap your head around the actual concept of time, and I think you intensified that into conflicting expressions. Lovely. :)

I love that you show the opposites in this, the conflict of time lost and time still to come
Brilliant work =]

nice.
i like that you showed opposite perspectives of time, like "Time can be the time you have or the time you have left."

overall, its something that after reading it will spark other thoughts, and keeps you thinking.
good job.
