Left There to Die

Hit and Run thats all you need to know.

Another life just got barried in the ground

Underneath the rhodo bush.

A heart has been broken

By a person that couldnt drive.

A f****r that just drove away

leaving her unrecognizable on the road.

A devastated family 

and grieving friends

watch as this lifeless body 

is lowered into the ground.

I wish this feeling of emptyness

on no one.

A deep gut churning feeling

knowing someone just killed your baby

and didnt even stop.

Left in pieces on the roadside

waiting for her family to find her dead and gone

in a pool of her own blood.

Who would have the deranged mind

to just leave a life to die

when its their fault.

I cared for her and now shes gone

because someone couldnt stop.

I loved her, I cared for her, and

I didnt get to say goodbye to her.

Some f*g took that away from me.

Now I'm left here with a broken heart

feeling like I'm being torn apart.

I was only her friend,

I can only imagine what her family is feeling.

I still dont understand why somebody would just leave 

just left there to die.

Wow, a very depressing piece. The emotion is strong, both rage as well as sadness. I'm very sorry for your loss, losing a loved one always hurts and I don't think we ever fully recover from it. *hugs*
