On Purpose

On Purpose

A Poem by Chloe Christine
"

This tell sabout how much it hurts to be put down. I fell REALLY strongly about this. Hints the Giant red letters and exclamtion points. I think this speaks.

"

On Prupose.

The words you say,

Could hurt more than you think,

What your mind says,

Could be a huge mistake.

The words flow out,

And you hear them too,

You can't take them back,

When you realize what you do.

Watch the words you say,

They burn more than you think.

To people like me,

Those words make us shrink!

Meant to hurt,

Always on purpose,

Those stupid words you say,

Float to the surface.

A burn like that,

Has to be thought.

Why would you think this?

Is this all that you brought?

Put downs and rumors,

Meant to destroy.

Purposly said,

How could you enjoy?

Start a revelution!

Make this a vow.

Stop with the put-downs.

For a better world later, and now.

I love this :) ! It's so true. People never realize what the meaning of their words mean until they think back and relize. But by then, it's too late. Good job. (:
