Dying to Breathe Poetry

Dying to Breathe Poetry

A Poem by Monique Jackson

I Feel like I'm Dying A lot Lately
Dying From Love And Dying In Love
Sometimes I can't even produce the words
So, I just let the words of my poetry speak…

So many words in my head
Just bouncing around waiting to be fed
Fed into some kind of masterpiece from a broken past
Filled with so much pain and so much anger my words need air!

So, I breathe life into my words,
By Telling The Stories Of My Reality Of Pain,
Because I Learned Nobody Ever Heals Reading A Bunch Of Fantasies,
Therefore, I Breathe Poetry While I'm In Captivity Yet I'm Still Poetically Free!

I will warn you in advance,
There will be no sugar coated fairytales,
No knight in shining armor to save the day,
I'm going to open the darkest areas of my life for your display,
So, be prepared to have a real experience and not another victim waiting to be saved!
I Am Miss Poetic Rain And I Breathe Poetry Everyday…

When life brings me pain I write! When people bring me misery..I write! When I can't express through words from my mouth..I write. Writing is my therapy. It's my sanity. It's simply me! God gave me a .. more..
