Good-Bye

Good-Bye

A Poem by Crystal hearts

Remember when we'd use to make fun of goodbye
You'd say they took it with all the pain you'd see inside But when i hear those words now i freeze up "Don't say it that way"
You make it sound like your going to leave and never come back
So if tears began to roll down my face after hearing those words from you
It's because i'm scared of losing you
I don't even know why people say goodbye
Anyway
There nothing good from that word why can't you say "See you next time" or "Goodnight"
tell me  you'll be here tomorrow i don't care if your lying or even if it's impossible just tell me
I get to see you again that this isn't the end
That i have something to look forward to when the sun wakes up because
When we still have time i want to spend it with you til all my time runs up
As your tears hit my face and i'm trying my  best not to try cry tears of my own i'll
Whisper in your ear "Goodnight, See you next time" Because we both said it way back then that goodbye makes no sense
