Wedding day

I’m writing this because I want to learn weddings in other countries

 

People get married everyday in America,

It takes many hours to get ready,

I don’t know who is more nervous the bride or the groom,

In America weddings are only a day,

In India weddings least for seven days,

The fun doesn’t stop,

American weddings have ladies wear snowy white dresses,

Indian women wear dresses by a different name called a sari,

People who don’t show up for the wedding will be sorry but a week is too long to dance because people may have to work the next day,

American weddings have a variety of different styles of dishes, 

But Indian weddings have chicken, and rice but you have to get it for yourself because Americans have it easy because it’s all cratered to you,

They will clean the whole setup for you,

The getaway car is a car but it’s a elephant in the Indian culture,

It is funny to come across a animal who might get you in some trouble so you better bring a couple sets of clothes,

I think they will be glad to get off their feet after a long week of dancing.
