It can be hard to get any sleep with a new baby in the house,

Babies don’t know any better,

They just sit in their crib and cry,

Some parents go by their nursery and then they pick them up instead of letting them soothe themselves back to sleep,

Soft music makes a difference for a little bit,

But it’s just a matter of time until they wake up,

They can’t tell you what they want or need until they get older,

People think that it is hard to be a parent with their first child and they might want to have another child somewhere down the road,

You have to divide your time between the two,

Kids don’t want to help you change their diapers,

You think parents have a hard time falling asleep but sorry to say that you can’t take them back to the store to exchange for a quieter baby,

So be thankful for the quiet time while you can get it.
