Poison ivy

Poison ivy

A Poem by Lauren..

Nature is a great place to be,

You get to see things you wouldn’t see in the house,

Bears and deer are common animals in nature,

People should know better to stay away from them,

As the saying goes if you don’t bother them they won’t bother you,

Nature is also home of trees and bugs,

If you are planning to go out into nature be sure to wear long clothing,

Bugs may get into your shoes,

You might be holding your walking stick and it might bump up against certain types of trees,

You have to hold your hand up against your clothes,

You enjoyed your day in nature and when you get home you noticed red botches that are itchy that can only be one thing,

Poison ivy!,

Poison ivy won’t kill you, but it is really uncomfortable.

Beautiful poem on nature. We all are part of nature. But the only animal you see in this world wearing cloths, shoes etc are homo sapiens. Great poem
