Clean up after yourself

À earth Day poem

 

Cigarettes, keeping cars running while you not driving, dumping trash on the streets,

These are all things that hurt Mother Nature,

Mother Nature has given us so many beautiful things like trees and oceans,

Mother Nature may feel like she’s not a good mother,

Mother Nature might not be your actual mother but she has given all of her children the chance of growing up in a beautiful world,

But people don’t care they just care about themselves,

Things that are in nature are things that can’t be replaced,

You wouldn’t like it if you were a bird and the tree that is your home is being cut down,

You wouldn’t think smoking a cigarette would kill fish but it can

Paper is wasted when not being thrown in the recycling bin,

Schools can get money over time as the paper is being recycled,

Don’t leave the water on when you are not using it,

This can also be associated to the light switch as well,

The earth will thank you not just on earth day but everyday,

Because we can all make a difference in a small way so that the earth won’t lose its beauty that it truly deserves.
