What really happens when words can’t tell

What thoughts keep carving inside your mind?

It’s so confusing when I finally see

Unknown pleasures adrift in tears

The twenties came and it’s a one way wild road

Walking slowly and time goes like a clockwork bomb

I’ve been condemned to be, I’ve been condemned to

 

Spiders or angels - the fear is like a shadow

Always will be, either here or there

Spiders or angels - I could be pretty, insignificant

Made of phobic flash or a holy cold stoned sculpture of death

 

Reflections of memories, mirrors and angry waves

What’s evil, what’s pure and what’s nothing at all?

Questions to me, we’ve always been the same

Traffic lights, busy streets, little bars and people dancing,

Too many flashes, no wonder why the world spins too fast to me

I’ve been condemned; I’ve been condemned to be

 

Spiders or angels - the fear is like a shadow

I think I've seen you before but we haven't - have we ever met?

We surely talked before, I'm sure - but what have you said?

A amazing poem. I like the questions and thoughts raise by the poem. Spiders or angels? So many strong lines in this poem. My favorite was the closing lines.

One of the more original poems I have read lately, could definitely see the SP influence here and some great visual and creatively emotive phrasing that gave it that surreal feel it need to hit its stride. Loved it.
