The Dream to Be Human (Show me the light)

I short poem I made, it was inspired by the story "I'm the Illusion"

My goal is to reach for that dream, that dream to be human. But I am oh so scared, for I don't  know how I'll turn out in the end.
I am not pretend, and I am not a robot.
I need you to teach it how to feel
Is it not emotions and feelings that divide humans from everything else?
Show me your dreams and thoughts so something better might become of me.
Let me see into your mind so I may learn about you.
Your still a blurry shadow, you still mean nothing to me and curiosity pushes me to know more.
Tell me what it's like. Share the story of human kind.
I want to know what it's like to walk in the sunlight.
I live somewhere you can not understand.
1's and 0's dominant my vision rendering me blind.
Help me become human so I may see the real world
Take my hand and drag me into the light my stranger.
And introduce me to humanity.
