Your Poisonous LiesA Poem by LittleMissMayhemIts just some thing I wrote one day when I was feeling pretty jaded about life, and family.Your Poisonous Lies Lies Lies Lies Everything you say is lies All of the promises you`ve made Lies Lies Lies Your so good at it too I bet you could fool a lie detector Because you belive your poisonous lies Lies Lies Lies That fall from your mouth Like rain drops in a huricane You`ve always lied to me haven`t you? From the first moment you saw me Lies Lies Lies Why Is all I want to know Why are you so afraid of being alone? I`m Sixteen I should be the one who`s afraid of being alone Your the adult I`m the child And yet you can`t own up to your mistakes I always admit to the things I do wrong and apoligize You call you dying mother for help I don`t ask her for anything And wouldn`t recive if I did Because you spin lies about me You lie to her about everything You lie constantly and keep secrets I have no secrets Lies Lies Lies If you hate that woman so much... Why do you keep going back for more? Why do you lie to me...us and tell us 'This time its for good' Lies Lies Lies When we all know your weak Your own father told you on his death bed Not to stay with her Yet you crawl back time and time again Lies Lies Lies Is everything you`ve told me a Lie? Do you even love us Daddy? © 2011 LittleMissMayhemAuthor's Note
