Family

I wrote this about my family but i want to know what other people think before i show it to them. I really want to impress them.

There are so many people in my life

They all have so many different names.

One that will always be is family.

My family, the large group that it is,

Uses their traits to help one another;

Being strong for life, and the ones they love,

Building a family, starting a new,

Praying for each other, wishing the best,

I love my family for this and more,

But their faith astounds me, it falters not.

They stand by their beliefs, never going to quit.

They know what is right and don't back down.

I am so proud of all my family.

It's hard to understand when you don't know

My family is the ones I love the most,

The ones I stick by and stick by me too.

The ones I can look to and never fear

My family is strong, faithfull, guiding.

But most of all they are always loving.

They will be with me for eternity

Forever living, part of my being

I hold them close and dear to my heart, always.

Be harsh. Please. I really want this to stick out to my family. Does it? Or does it just seem like another poem out there?
