Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow

All the same, no different

It has become...routine

Doing the same thing everyday

But i live with it...for now.

 

You came with a slight change

In manner, and my life

It wasn't coincidental

But, it slipped my mind

For you were not the only one.

 

Such new people

In such a new place

In a whirlwind of change

Something i was not ready for.

But out of all those things

Somehow, i notice none but you.

 

You and your blue eyes, sweet smile

How you care about things others don't

The way you make everyone laugh

I'm sure there are others like you

But i do not notice anyone but you

You may not notice me however.

 

Though i sigh in contentment

Watching you act the way you do

Smiling and laughing, nothing to ruin your mood

I wish i knew what it was to be like that

But i'm not outgoing...and i can't act

So i sit at a distance just keeping silent.

 

No matter my differences you somehow manage

To notice not my...inconveniences?

You never mind the other people

You come alongside me and take a seat

Beside me your warm and bright

You look down at me and smile.
