Wrote this a while ago. It's about my grandpa's funeral and all the emotions i was feeling. Hope it's not that crappy and that you guys like it

Slowly we realize time has carried on
While we stood frozen in time
Too late we realized loving you was a crime
Your apologizes we now decline

Blinded by your selfishness and fear
You let us imagine rewinding time while we tear
All we stood for slowly started to disappear
As your betrayal burned in your heart

Over his coffin we cried
One day late we came for by the time we returned he was long gone
To your flesh and blood you lied
Behind empty apology you hide

To little you tried
With him your promises died
Too many wrongs began to collide
Forgiveness becomes easy to decline
