Well keep writing whatever you seem to get on paper whether it's just journal writing or random thoughts, perhaps an idea will come to you. Sometimes I like to take pictures and have that inspire me to write, or just focus on feelings. Also sometimes we just need a break and not try and force ourselves to write, that sometimes helps. Hope this might help you come up with something to write.
I often feel that way myself...I recently found the words again. It doesn't matter what type of poetry you write or whether it rhymes or not...it's good enough. Do you know why? Because it came from you and you're good enough.

I find in all avenues of ink, that each and every word that one can put down is worth putting down. The concept of those words being good or not is an illusion we create. It's a road sign that tells us that the path of ink we had been scribing on is changing and we the scriber must accept the new path. Perhaps at this time, the keeping of a journal is what is needed for the mind and spirit inside? Or perhaps it's the birthplace of some new inkling that will manefest in due time.
Yet, no matter how much we feel or ponder, we must remember that for a writer or poet. Each word is a foot step forward and forward is always a good direction. Even if we may not know why and where the path leads.
Keep inking! =)

Writing poetry is so much more though, and I can't seem to find the write words or the right topic to write a poem about.
Ha! Okay .. well, you've got some knacks of exploring your feelings .. your muses into the words through poems. That's pretty good. By the way, me too love writing :)
