What you need to eat is a ripe pomegranate every fortnight, a banana every morning (but not in evening...as the reaction is not the same), sitting on a park bench by yourself looking at greenery in the evening at least 30 minutes, reading noddy comics or Tintin (they work), Hardy boys novels work too if nancy drew aint around...:)
chanting the word OM effortlessly...
and you are fine

Interesting technique and a good concept. The excess of pills that get handed out is scary.

You are welcome ...:)
I agree with this. In the past ten years, they've tried changing my diagnosis eight times, each time prescribing new medication. Right now I'm supposed to be taking Ritalin and olanzapine; a drug that increases dopamine levels and drug that decreases them. because this will totally solve everything. it's gotten to a point where i don't even bother anymore. i can control my symptoms well enough, as long as i'm allowed to write when i need to and i'm not left unsupervised for extended periods of time with sharp objects. i'm done being a guinea pig; i'm ready to move on with my life.
