Moonlight dance...A Poem by PixieblueI'm in the mood for a good fantasy animal, i want to know what it would feel to change into a wolf, like a shape shifter. As your bones break to form new ones, and your blood curdles.
Cold, crunching leaves beneath my feet,
heartbeat pounding to my head, darkness coming over me like a dread, of the moon coming out tonight. Lost, from where did i come, twists and turns through the trees, blood pouring from my knees, teeth like razorblades, oh no this can't be me. Pain, shooting through my veins, shooting up a drug that drums hard, too many i have scarred, when the moonlight travels through me. I'm loosing it now for this is the end, till the morning arrives i can only depend. On my teeth and my claws and my lovely thick coat, and the blood of the sacrifices of which i shall soak. My age is four digits yet im only 23, i didn't get to choose any of this, the savage killed my family, not me, and here i be. © 2014 PixieblueAuthor's Note
