Depression realisation.

Depression realisation.

A Poem by Pixieblue
"

Most people dont know what it's like for a person with depression. Some of my closest chums have it extremely bad. Ive grabbed razors off them before. Cleaned their cuts.

"

A soldier of a different kind battling in a different zone.

God only knows shes tried to fight her only battle.

A sadness in the misty air she'll breathe it in like life.

But even life is becoming hard to find a new clean source.

A silent scream hidden hidden by a smile.

A smile is her best-friend a shadow to her feelings.

A hopelessness she doesn't need to hide.

It mixes her together in her mind.

She swallows the pills that keep her okay.

And pretends shes fine, for one more day.

I didn't really know what to put this in, its more of a statement poem if anything, sorry to some it wont make sense.
But to people with depression, its a reality.
