A Poem by Little Birdie
The smoothest path through hell.
At the very beginning I was the light beam through heavy clouds, the song sung by angels, the mind-mending salvation.
At the take off I was promises and dreams undreamed, limited regret and your path to much-longed escape.
Halfway I was the finest writing pen that would never fail you. The smoothest path through hell.
Nearing eternal I was unruly storms and lightning. A part of you that always bent towards the flame.
In the end I was the pain without proper gain. The unrepentant chaos yearning equilibrium.
