Tell

Tell

A Poem by Little Birdie
"

I'm sure you'll taunt me if you ever find my ruins.

"
Stuck below what seems to be
ruins or just ancient walls.
Laughable at what I take as ancient,
when waters have ran longer,

But I don't see no waters and
maybe I've taken for granted

All
those
years.

I'm sure you'll taunt me
If you ever find my ruins and
uncover my remains to see light,
But not feel it.

And perhaps if we collided in
another time, on another place,
My ruins wouldn't crush my lungs
And my true intentions would not be left unspoken.

What I value and treasure is how acessible your work is to everyone, for that it's a kind of genius all its own.

The easy breezy common speech of the heart wrapped in beauty.

Take "don't" out of the line: "I don't see no waters"
