My Greatest Mistake

I had to rewrite this poem, because somebody deleted all the poetry we wrote=l , at least I only lost one poem!

 I hate to say it.

It's hard to deny.

I hate to say it.

It's obvious this lie...

I sit here wondering,...

"Why do I even try?"

 

I try to hide.

I struggle to push

how I'm treated aside.

Maybe I shouldn't,

Yet I keep giving.

Not ready to realize,

My Greatest Mistake

is letting you inside.
