Remembered kiss

Remembered kiss

A Poem by Lisbeth1981

Alone in a crowded world
Kismet stepped in

One soul brushed another
And for an instant
Despair was banished

Too short was this empyral kiss
Demands crushing in on all sides
Jostling the souls away from one another

Making their moment of joy
So brief
It's reality could be pondered

But once touched
Her soul could not forget
It could only wait

Patiently
For another caress
A second chance
Shear delight

When two halves become a whole
And the rest of the world vanishes,
if only for an instant

Ah yes, the urgency before lips finally meet.....you see each other and are drawn together by a magical magnetism! Will you be able to recreate that spark? Will you see him again? What a wonderfully romantic write this is! Lydi**
