0230 Wake-up Call

0230 Wake-up Call

A Poem by Rachael
"

This is SUPER rough. I've just been going through a lot recently and it helps to get it out there. Its broken and not very rhythmic but it feels good to get it into some form.

"
I don't understand
The way your mind works.
At 2:30 am you want to marry me,
by 10 you'd think it had never happened.
Its like you finally decided to trust,
but then you change your mind.
I don't think you understand,
how much I actually care;
don't take me for granted,
'Cause I won't be around long.
Who am I kidding,
I'm at your beck and call
The way your mind works baffles me.

Rachel,
Your words do not bear as much rust as you believe. I enjoyed your poem and respect your writing. Break up and pain in your heart can be quite burdening. Your words were honest and portrayed your feelings. Most of humans have been in your shoes at some capacity. I felt your words. Keep writing.
Love and Peace,
Richie b.

Well.. 8 years? That`s a very long period of time a pen visited to your hands.

In today`s world, most of the people`re hidden behind the love, they don`t even know what they want from it. If there`s true love, then nobody should take much time to think o`er it ..`bout to live along. Because, if you take some time to manipulate your mind with heart & the heart by mind then, there`s something wrong..not with you but with your thoughts (which are the zone of your maze). In other words, "true love`s already at out feet, only an eye needs to be perceived through winds." Nice imagery.

I loved writing, but it got lost somewhere within me when I was knocked down by the cruelty of the world. I want to find it again. Nothing I write will be any good.. at least not for a while, and s.. more..
