Music Is My Weapon

Music Is My Weapon

A Poem by Link

You say you're something but I say you're a joke
you're so damn quick to judge when I light up my smoke
you're always talking s**t behind my back
but one thing that's for sure is the knowledge that you lack.
I'm always told to change my way's at least
but I am of age and i'll do just what i please
you should keep you're thought's to you're damn self
and I'll be outside doing something ells.
Music is my weapon it's my appeal
Music is my weapon I can tell you how I feel
Music is my weapon it's more than a lifestyle
Music is my weapon and it's what makes me smile.

Snarling. Harsh and ragged. I hear the guitar solo pump'n up... some sort of post-punk anti-metal negationism. Perhaps you could break between lines four and five for a few bars... a turnaround or something... and between eight and nine, the solo. What do you think?
