He was licking my soul

He was licking my soul

A Poem by Lina Lotus

He was licking my soul...how
amazing is that!
Breathing me in
Trespassing me all
Rapture in his eyes
I'm only his prey (So I made him believe)

I lured him here
Bitting my lip
I said, "what do you think?" (With my shy look)
Red lace or black lace? (his tongue surely froze)

It's the devil in me
I tried to refrain
But couldn't contain
The fire in me

He jumped off the train
And dragged me along
Now he sings all my songs
While I bathe in his rain

He was licking my soul...how
amazing is that!

I did like this poem dear Lina.
"It's the devil in me
I tried to refrain
But couldn't contain
The fire in me "
The above lines were my favorite and when the devil's fire is alive in mind and heart. We are done. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.
