Angel Face.

Angel Face.

A Poem by Lindsay Ann
"

This is for the lovely Ayla, my bestfriend. <3

"

The shoulder I have cried on for the past few years.

Those big blue eyes, draped in dark full lashes.

Remind me every day of just how precious and special you are to me.

You probably haven't realized just how many times you've saved me.

Spiraling out of control, you stopped me and steered me to the right.

You've picked me up each and every time I have fallen.

When I thought I couldn't go on anymore.

You turned your gaze on me and smiled, and inspired me to move on.

Through the raging storm you pushed through.

Pulling me to the calm.

When they say “ Through thick and thin “

We literally are the definition.

You brought salvation through my pain.

I will never know what I did to deserve someone like you in my life.

Every note and every word I will listen.

Every moment that passes my faith in you grows stronger.
