In the Stillness of an Isolated HourA Poem by LinBinA poem about...desperation In the stillness of an isolated hour he pens out his heart to a friend; In the silent installments that beckon his life reaches it's end
Lifeless body sprawled on the floor, death the accomplished goal; What used to be a living man is now an empty vessel without a soul
Crumpled letter entwined in hand; words expressing his inner fears; a letter so full of anguish, and covered by lifetime of tears
Still bottle now void of pills, a vision of driven out hope,; a man too pained to carry on, a man too pained to cope
In the stillness of an isolated hour, a man took that final leap; he left a world of constant chaos & swapped it for the oblivion of eternal sleep....
