I'm starting my diet on Monday

No more sugar for me, nothing sweet

I'm going to exercise on a daily basis

and spend more time on my feet

I'm starting my diet on Monday

I will lessen my intake of fat

I will do a hundred press ups a day

and rejoice when my stomach looks flat

I'm starting my diet on Monday

I'm going to get addicted to healthy food

I'll be so damn slim and beautiful

It'll be a pleasure to be nude

I'm starting my diet on Monday

no more chocolate will pass my lips

I shall get a craving for lettuce

and turn my back on ham and chips

I'm starting my diet on Monday

no more fattening food and drink for me

I shall stock up on carrots and celery

and trade in alcohol for herbal tea

I'm startimg my diet on Monday

It will do me good and be so much fun

Yes I'm startin my diet on Monday

But as it's only Friday....pass me that sticky bun!!!!!
