The words are against me,
no matter how many ways you say it.

You can't help it,
I know that. 

But,
it doesn't make it hurt any less.

LimnoH, How easily and, at times, unintentionally words can do damage that is sometimes too much wrong to ever be made right. A multitude of meaning in six brief lines. Saying a lot with little fanfare is the mark of a truly good write...AND writer! take care...dan

concise - to the point LimnoH but also convey the hurt so well. The Authors note are bitter and a good way to outlet and they are better out of the poem because they would take away from it.
