Human

when you found me,

i was a victim to

emptiness.

devoid and alone

you took me

captive.

taking me far from

my home

and bringing me into

the light. your light.

i almost feel human.

you whisper to me

and i almost feel

changed.

you unbound my

chains.

freeing me from my

powerlessness.

i lose myself

to your

light.

i almost feel human.

I really like your piece. It really bring emotion and feeling. Also I relate to it. You set a tone of feeling and thought. It's like I'm surrounded by darkness and this echos through the shadows. As if i'm in the mind of you, but this is all there is in that moment.
