Where Now

Where Now

A Poem by Chaplily44
"

just the depression talking

"

"Where to next?"

But you seem depressed.

Stay and rest, sleep, de-stress.

How do you move when you're such a mess?

"Where to now?"

You say somehow.

I thought you would should just sleep for hours.

Don't let your problems out of their tower,

don't even think for hours and hours.

"Should I not keep going?"

But I thought you were knowing;

If the grass isn't growing, it doesn't need mowing.

Besides, How do you move when your heart starts slowing?

"So I just shouldn't move?"

Now you're stuck in the groove!

Lay here and cry!

Oh I do so approve!

For nothing works anyways and you'll never see better days.

No point in trying.

The people were lying.

Nobody now will stop you from dying.

"If the grass isn't growing, it doesn't need mowing."

Thanks :)
Seemed like an obvious rhyme that doesn't get used enough
