Where does the path lead?

Where does the path lead?

A Poem by Meradee

Where does this path lead?

I can barely see the way,

Will it hold sorrow and pain,

Or joy and love?

I will never know until I take it.

Is it worth the try?

Maybe I should go my own way,

Start a new path leading somewherer.

Yet the same question still remains,

where will I end up?

I guess I'll never know,

Until I try.

Only one way to find out,

I'll go with my head held high.

Off I go,

Wish me luck,

I hope you all the best,

On your own path way.

With the green font and picture and the overall message of your poem, it reminded me of Ireland. Of the rolling green hills and travelers beginning their journeys on stone pathways. Lovely poem, with a light feeling and strong imagery.
