Fear

to face your fear or not and run

What do you do? 

heart is racing 

stomach in knots 

palms are sweaty

Panic set in 

how do you tell them? 

how do you tell yourself? 

Feel as if your going to faint

Cant run 

Can scream

but wont 

Fear keeps you captive

How do you overcome something 

you have never seen? 

How are you to be brave? 

how are they to be brave? 

where do you find courage? 

Tell your self your stronger then 

the fear its self and keeps saying it
