I Hate You, So Much

A free verse poem, if that's what you'd call this poem

The thing that I detest with all my hurting heart, so much
The thing so far away
From where myself, in so much pain, is
I see it here again

I want to change it so badly
Into something other than what it was

Like always, I see it again, sadly
I really hate it, you see
Why did this have to happen to me

I want to tell it:

I hate you, I really hate you with a burning passion
I wish for your existence to disappear
Why can’t you
Not bother me any more?
I wish for that to happen
I really do

But it never listens

It keeps coming back

Even if I try to run from it
