Marine Wife

“Elizabeth, really?” I nod 

“So you’re leaving? Just like that! After all you have been through here?” I nod once more 

“Why?” I sigh

 “He’s a Marine, we broke up so now I’m leaving.” 

“But….the baby……tomorrow.” 

“SHHHH! I know I’ll see him off but when he comes back I’ll be in Colorado.” 

“I’ll miss you girl that’s for sure.” 

I’ll miss you too Emily, go to your husband he leaves tomorrow too.” She leaves as she shuts the door I break down crying. Why did my life have to turn out like this? A Marine’s ex-girlfriend 

~Ricky’s POV~ 

“Why did you do it dude! She’s prefect for you! A Marine brat!!!! She knows all the risks yet still dated you.” I shrugged 

“You know my wife loves her and now she’s leaving your life!” I sighed 

“She’s not ready she may be a part of the Marine code but she’s not ready to be a Marine’s girlfriend or wife.” 

“You’ll be lucky if she even says goodbye to you tomorrow.” 

“What do you mean by that?” I looked at josh now shocked 

“She’s leaving for Colorado dude right after you leave she’s not coming back.” 

“S**T!” I yelled “Go to your wife she needs you.” He slapped my shoulder and walked out 

“s**t!” I mumbled to myself.

"Lizzie! Come on lets go!!!" Emily yelled

"Coming! You know you could make a great fish wife!!" I yelled back

"HA HA HA!" She yelled backed

I pulled my suitcase down the stairs and smiled
"Ready to leave!" Emily teared up
"So your really gonna leave me! Forever!" Josh came over and hugged Emily close.

"I'm sorry Emily I'll visit but I'm stayed longer then I needed. Josh will be done in 6 months!" Emily cried harder
"No hes not! hes leaving two months after he comes back!!" I looked at Josh
"JOSH! How could you?!?!?!?!?!? To your wife too?" I hugged Emily close and looked down

"On three.one..........two........three."
"We're pregnant."
