This Place

There is a place far away that is very close to my heart

There is a place where worlds that are separate are together

There is a place where no matter where you go your happy

Even in a spooky house

Or in a galaxy far far away

Happiness is the focus

There is a place where stories come alive

And ideas are taken seriously

A place where at night one switch turns the atmosphere into real magic

Where buried treasure is a deadly thing

And a boulder can smash your car

But don’t worry

Just keep your hands, arms, feet and legs inside at all times

And you’ll live

This place holds memories for millions of people

This place was the beginning of a worldwide phenomenon

In this place children learn to drive a car

In this place an underwater adventure awaits all

In this place everyone has an unbirthday

In this place a bobsled is your only escape from an abdominal snowman

It’s a place where balloons sometime escape into the sky above

A place where fireworks light up the sky

Where nothing can go wrong on a cruise except maybe a punch line

Where tiny children are bolted to the floor singing the same song over and

          over and over and over again

Where a room full of birds can take you on a magical journey

Where a tiny fairy can actually fly across the sky

This place in unique

This place is magical

This place is where dreams really do come true

Created by a man who always looked to the horizon for new ideas

And created by a man that desired all to be happy

This place is the best place in the world

This place is Disneyland

wow, it was like a build up of anticipation.....as i read it i was all .."wait....is she talking about....no....that would be so cool.....DISNEYLAND!" lol and I'm a kid again. :)

Wow! That was amazing. I've never been to disneyland till now, but now, I'm just too eager to go there (probably take me a couple of years to do that, lolz...)
