I look around to find her

She's a sight one cannot miss

My emotions begin to tangle and blur

All I want is one sweet kiss

Silk and gold will never compare

Is that her I see?

Blowing wind tossles her hair

Oh no! It cannot be!

At our house, I see my brother using his charms

I said I wouldn't care

She soon ends up in his arms

This I truly couldn't bare

How could mother do this to me?!

Ah! A sonnet! This is exceptionally brilliant. Brilliant flow, nice and effective words. All written in a nice way.
The couplet takes a great entry. If anyone was thinking about romantic the message gets totally cleared in the couplet, which is a tradition of sonnet. Very well written. A nice piece worth reading. Write on :-)
