My Tears are the Rain

There is no more pain.

There is no more emotion.

I am numb.

I was abandoned

by the one who was dearest to me.

Where I come from,

there is no such thing as forgiveness.

I was NO exception.

Why?

Why did I lose everything?

My mom's gone...

My dad's gone...

I'm gone...

I have no regret.

The only thing I have is,

the stain on my soul.

Even as time goes by,

I'm left in my own abyss.

I don't fear the darkness

the darkness fears me.

No that isn't true...

EVERYONE fears me.

There's nothing left to say,

and there never will be.

I just came up with this, so I'm not quite sure what I think about. I'll just let the words speak for themselves.

I enjoyed the meaning behind the poem very much. However, I do think the poem its self could have been better if there wasn't as many differences in size and color. I get what you were trying to do, but it didn't flow right while I was reading it. Don't get me wrong though, I did enjoy it. Those are just opinions.
