Humanity switch!

Humanity switch!

A Screenplay by Likita

It was 4:45 in the morning. The sun just showed up.
In front of the mirror, she rubbed her puffy eyes.
Looking for her glasses, mushy eyed she fiddled through her bed.
She felt something. It was the sound of a torment. A loss.
Only she thought, that the morning sun would drive out the iniquities but little does she know that the blithe today won't be doing its part.
It was vague and clamouring. Her uncalled vexatious lesion.

The alarm clock broke her ocean of memories.
She swiped the switch towards left to shut it down. How strongly she wished to do the same with herself. To switch down all her bruises.

Days passed. Her scrapes remained untouched. As raw as before.
But she never felt that ache. The torment. It was gone. She found her way to deal with it.

She's a person of only necessities now.
She never switched down her pain. Her humanity instead.
