The Eulogy

The Eulogy

A Screenplay by Likita

That winter evening she finally packed her things.
Bags heavy, heart light.
She'd finally walked out of his memories!

No mourning. What lies ahead is a cold heart and a plethora of her emotions. She lost the ubiquitous influence of him. She can no longer aggrandise herself for the yet most beautiful part of her life.

The thing that bothers was her ardent feelings.
For her, acceptance was never an issue. She feared darkness. The darkness that has taken possession over things. Things like "watching the moon together" ,and that unexplainable satisfaction of being in that silent conversation.

That was her. She could admire Dolly Parton and she's all a social butterfly. She felt good around people.

And now this is her. She's now all occupied with her precarious thoughts to spent her entire life like a turtle. Protecting her heart with that hard outershell often snapping at those who tried going inside her shell to find her, her inner self.

It took the bold and confident "her".
She's now a girl who lost her inner self.
