Cilufer's Backstory

    Born as a Marked, Cilufer was an outcast. He was orphaned when his parents were killed by bandits. He had no friends or support and thus remained on the streets. One rainy day he met a man who offered his friendship. He took his hand and they traveled together. Cilufer learned magic and combat from this man whom he called Teacher. Cilufer's affinity for magic was high and being a Marked meant he had a special power. While his special power was never activated it lay dormant for many years. When Cilufer grew to the age of 15, Teacher told him to become a Magic Soldier in order to go out on bigger adventures. To do this, he had him enter into an academy for aspiring Magic Soldiers known as Arcadia.
    At Arcadia, Cilufer met another aspiring Magic Soldier who went by the name of Vlay. Despite Vlay's annoyance, they became friends after constant pestering from Cilufer. While Vlay trained in sword techniques, Cilufer researched Magic and Marks. Both students aced all their classes and graduated without a problem. During the age of 18 they became Magic Soldiers, and quickly increased in ranks. Cilufer didn't care for being a hero, but wanted to research further into Marks.
